The Hurst Community College
There seems to be an increase in the number of parents dropping/collecting pupils off in the rear staff car park. Due to the amount of students moving around, young children being taken to Miss Polly's and for safety and safeguarding reasons this cannot continue.
If pupils are unable to walk from home, cycle in or catch the bus, please use the roads surrounding the school, including Woodlands Road and Long Grove, and allow your son/daughter to walk the short distance into school.

What type of educational setting is The Hurst Community College?
The Hurst Community College is a mainstream setting for 11 – 16 year olds. We are an inclusive school where a range of special educational needs and disabilities are catered for. We also liaise closely with the local primary schools and colleges to support pupils during times of change, whether they are joining or leaving us.
